Saddle stitching is a cost effective layflat method of holding paper together. Simplicity of form, diverse functionality and endless applications make it an attractive solution for a wide range of products. What's Possible ...
Twelve pockets on a saddle stitching production line allows: Mixed & matched stocks, different sized forms, fold-outs, BRCs, tabs, bind-ins, envelopes, signatures, personalized forms, and many other important job components.
Undersized stitched books can be automatically produced one-up at a minimum size of 3” x 3-7/8”. Two-up layouts can yield books down to 2-1/2” x 3-1/2”. Books as small as 1” x 1-1/2” can be achieved with special handling.
