Specialized Machine is Capable of Folding
"Clamshell" Style Miniature Inserts and Outserts
Chicago, IL – Rickard Bindery
is proud to announce the installation of a new miniature/small format
Vijuk insert/outsert folding machine. This specialized unit allows
“clamshell” style miniature folding sequences that are compatible with
inserting and outserting machinery frequently used by pharmaceutical,
cosmetics, food, beverage and other manufacturing companies. Common
applications for clamshell miniature folding include product inserts
(placed into boxes, bubble packs and other containers), outserts (mounted
onto boxes, other substrates and directly on products), instruction sheets
and hang tags.
Rickard Bindery now has a
diverse fleet of 18 small format folding machines and processes
pharmaceutical and other miniature folding work for customers in more than
half of the US states.

its new Rollem TR rotary scoring system, customer feedback has been
positive.
