Rotary Attacher, Vijuk Small-Format Folder Increase Company's Capabilities
Chicago, IL – Rickard Bindery proudly announces the installation of two new machines
— an RP911 Rotary Pick and Place Attacher, and a 17” wide Vijuk
Insert/Outsert Folder.
The
high-speed rotary attacher is capable of attaching a variety of materials
– including computer discs, CDs, stickers, coupons and pouches – to a
wide range of paper and other substrates. Its fiber-optic sensor and
on-the-fly placement adjustment allow the machine to maintain high
production speeds and accurate product placement with minimal spoilage.
The
Vijuk miniature/small format folding machine allows “clamshell” style
miniature folding sequences that are perfect for applications such as
product inserts (placed into boxes, bubble packs and other containers),
outserts (mounted onto boxes, other substrates and directly on products),
instruction sheets and hang tags. This
is the second miniature/small format Vijuk machine that Rickard has
installed. It brings the total of Rickard Bindery’s diverse fleet of
small-format folding machines to 20.
